Learn OPTCG - a guided way to learn the One Piece Card Game

If the rulebook reads like a wall of text, play instead.

Learn mode is a full game against an easier AI with a coach watching over your shoulder. Illegal moves get explained instead of silently blocked, a free hint is always available, and the starter deck is tuned so a first-timer isn't crushed in three turns.

Once the basics click, step up: default difficulty, meta decks, sealed packs - the training wheels come off exactly when you're ready.

After a game ends, Game Review replays it and searches each of your turns for a win you had on board and missed. That is where most of the learning happens once the rules stop tripping you up.

How Learn mode works

  1. Start a game in Learn mode - you get an easier AI and a tuned starter deck.
  2. Try an illegal move and the game explains why, instead of just blocking it.
  3. Stuck? A free hint shows the strongest move in that decision.
  4. Move up to default difficulty, meta decks, or sealed once the basics click.
